Personally, when hearing about the case, I think it's a fair decision. While I think players need to know what's going in their bodies, guys using a weight loss drug that had an unidentified ingredient in it and the league knew but didn't report it to the players... That's just dicey to me. I think the league has an obligation to at least let the players know what they know about different brands/substances that they know are bad even if they don't have a comprehensive list.

There are plenty of cases of players getting suspended from taking powders that had incomplete/incorrect ingredients listed. The difference is the NFL knew about this and didn't disclose it though I'm not exactly sure if the onus is on them (legally) to do so. Had the NFL tried to suspend them earlier chances are the appeal process could've run its course by now but they decided to sit on it.

I'm still trying to figure out how the Jags' Matt "Felony Cocaine Possession" Jones is playing. Great system !
Turn down for what?

I think that's why the federal court is holding it up. The CBA says the league is not, and the federal court is saying even if you bargained that it's BS.

He didn't inhale.

It will be frickin' HILARIOUS if they both have to serve 4 game suspensions at the start of next season!
