Well, saw that one coming. At least WRs are being addressed.

I wish I cared enough to have an emotion on this

Re: Marty Booker Released
Hey, he DID have that one great catch.
Other than that, I have nothing very nice to say about MB.

Re: Marty Booker Released
Will we go draft or free agency or both to find a good possession receiver.
A plea for post scoring is a plausible Bulls plan, but plainly isn't a priority. In response to a post player's dismay about his lack of points in the paint, Paxson said.... "I'm not nearly as concerned about the offensive stuff as he is."

You know where I stand - given the poor free agency options I'm betting we'll go WR in Rd2 and maybe even Rd1 if someone shines at the combine. Maclin and Harvin don't fit the bill (big red zone target) as much as guys like Nicks, Britt, and Heyward-Bey. I love Britt's game personally.
That being said, I imagine we'll still look at free agency for depth at WR.

Re: Marty Booker Released
damn and i was totally expecting Booker to have 95 catches for 1700 yards and 15 TD's next season.
good, atleast management is acknowleding that we need WR's now. first step is admitting you have a problem. now we just to add a legit #1 wide-out and a #3 and we'll be fine.

Re: Marty Booker Released
Cya Book . Brown and Booker are a couple of my fav post SB Bears . Age has caught up with them and Book had a chance to move intop the top 2-3 in every major Bear receiving category this past year too.
I think we end up with Heyward-Bey and then add Furrey via fa and someone else too. I get the feeling Davis gets cut this training camp as either Rideau or bennet will be at him out.
