A suburban Chicago man has been charged with assaulting Chicago Bears wide receiver Devin Hester at a casino.

Police say Hester was in a cashier line Friday night at the Rivers Casino in Des Plaines when Daniel Rago slapped the player in the back of the head with his hand and then walked away. The 52-year-old Rago of Mount Prospect faces one misdemeanor count of battery after the incident, which was captured on surveillance camera

This guy is a jackass. The title for the first article I saw on this a couple days again was something like "Hester is victim of assault at casino." I was alarmed until I read the article lol

My bet is that the dude was hammered and he wanted to give Hester a slap on the head, like a slap on the back.
