And the guys coming back from injury are even better run blockers. If u run that good, u tend to give up less sacks, as u pass less, and have play action to use well.

I'm happy with the line. I like williams at tackle, he is better at pass blocking then web, but at tackle, less of a run blocker. So i'd start webb as well.

Webb (at least in preseason), Louis, garza, spencer, carimi.

Why would Williams not start? He was our best lineman last year hands down. I think Spencer will be the backup G/C. If Rachal impresses Tice and Webb doesn't show marked improvement this off-season then I think Williams will be moved to tackle and Rachal will play LG.

1. Webb, C. Williams, Garza, Louis, Carimi
or
2. C. Williams, Rachal, Garza, Louis, Carimi

I think option 2 is more likely for several reasons:
1. Williams is our best lineman
2. Webb becomes our swing tackle, whereas otherwise we would not have one
3. We don't lose any size or power in the starting 5 by inserting Rachal
4. E. Williams and Spencer keep their role as interior depth (unless James Brown beats one of them out)

Tom Thayer talks Bear's draft picks, but at the 3:00 mark, discussion turns to the O-Line for a few minutes with a quick touch on the TE position then back to O-Line.
