We finally got to see that when the dLine can gets pressure, this D looks a lot better.

Josh McCown led the Chicago Bears to a 27-20 win over the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field on Monday.

McCown was graded with a +5.6 by Pro Football Focus, which was second amongst quarterbacks in Week 9.

McCown went 22-for-41 for 272 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions while rushing once for 20 yards.

Pretty damn impressive. Great job by McCown. Cutler should take another week off, IMO. No need to rush a groin injury.

Sure, McCown isn't a slouch. But GB's defense makes things easy on opponent passing games. Even with Matthews this year they struggled to get pressure a lot of the time. Without him, they can't rush the passer at all.

Regardless of who's backing up Jay, he shouldn't come back until he's 100% for sure since groins are like hamstrings: they can come back in an instant.

I give Angelo a lot of credit for 3 things. Cutler, mccown, and Matt forte. All very good pickups.

Shea makes up for being a bust. Probable bust if you will. All is forgiven. I'm not cheering the injury. But he won the game.

And Melton. He drafted a college RB to play DE. Ended up playing DT but a top pass rushing DT.
