Maybe the Bears felt at liberty to take a kicker during the draft rather than go for receiver depth was because they were very confident that Wilson was going to work out

Just read that CW was getting reps with the first team in the slot but now I can't find it. I'm very happy with Wilson & Williams as the #3 & #4.

CLEVELAND (AP) - The Browns have released wide receiver Earl Bennett about a month after signing him to a free agent contract.
The team announced the move Tuesday on Twitter. No explanation was given for the release.
Cleveland signed Bennett on May 15 to help ease the blow from the potential loss of wide receiver Eric Gordon, who could be facing a potential lengthy suspension for failing a drug test.

The Chicago Bears continue their trend of featuring big receivers with Marquess Wilson holding down the lead on the No. 3 job.
