It was plain as day when you watched them play. Even though the stats were similar, you could see how Claussen threw the ball - tight spirals. Palmer's were wounded ducks. Claussen is like McCown 2.0 in that he's a vet with a decent amount of experience, an arm, some mobility, and the ability to run Trestman's system and soak up his teaching. Was a good call IMO, as much as Palmer seemed to be a good teammate.
