We need a top 10 reciever. If he can separate and catch its all the same.

Julio would get $18m if he were a UFA this offseason.

Give me the guaranteed 100 catches a year. We need a steady player in the WR core.

Nobody in NFL history has more than 350 catches in their first 4 years. Landry has 400.

He's 25 and he's been productive as heck for every season of his career. Very little risk there.

I saw he wants 58mil. He's well worth it

That's $14.5m per year. Here is the upcoming 2018 highest paid WR's under contract. Serious question, is Landry a top 5 WR?Image

no but he's better than Adams. And im pretty sure AJ Green and Julio Jones signed their contracts a while ago so the cap was lower. and i think the argument could be made that he's better than dez, thomas and hilton

Never pay big money for slot receivers.

So since there's some opposition to giving Landry what he wants it would seem our only two options for a number one receiver are Watkins and Robinson. I don't see Watkins leaving LA. That leaves Robinson. He's gonna sign a one year prove it deal and with that being the case I can see a lot of top contenders going after him since he'll be affordable. So what does that leave us with?

By the way, Landry was tied 4th in TDs, 1st in receptions and 7th in 1st downs.

some under the radar CBs i want to go after are EJ Gaines and Aaron Colvin. Gaines has been a really good coverage guy. Colvin was a guy I wanted to draft but he got injured so his value dropped going into the draft. He started his career as a great ST guy and started to get better and better as a CB. He never got the opportunity to be a starter because of Ramsey and then eventually AJ. I think he'd be a good starter but its unproven. He'd be a great pickup as a nickel and potential starter.

Wright is a solid slot option.

Bears need to find a big target WR (6ft3+), and one that can take the top off the defense.

Tradinionally that WR has worked in Chicago but is that type of big wide out going to fit the scheme? I know Nagy has stated "west coast" but I'm not so sure.

I'd really like Pace to see if TY Hilton is still available.

They were trying to unload his contract, but not sure if they still are.

Guys from KC:

QB Tyler Bray, 27
WR Albert Wilson, 26
OG Zach Fulton, 26 (started every game last season)
OLB Dee Ford, 27 (had 10 sacks in 2016, back injuries this season)
CB Terrance Mitchell II, 26 (had 4 INTs and 19 PDs this season, was once on our practice squad)

I really like Fulton, Ford and Mitchell. Good options for replacements if we cut our starters at those positions

Have off-field issues come up again? Wonder why they are trying to move him.
