rotoworld posted something immediately following his exit (they changed it since) that was basically: 'if this is a minor injury, as it appears, now is the time to pitch through it, for once in his career. that he came out of the game possibly indicates it is a little more serious than that.'

Am I the first person to post about Sarfate?!? We got CASH for a guy that throws 98 and is still only 26. He just struck out 5 Brewers in 2 innings.

Yeah, I turned on the game an inning ago, had no idea who it was until Brian said his name, which I then went "**** me"
