John Hankins is also still available. He was really good with the Giants. I guess he failed with the colts (but who doesn't nowadays). He's at the very least a really good run stopper and can play both DE and NT for us. Plus at this point he'll be really cheap. We should also get him

On the depth chart it shows we only have 1 NT. Surely there is someone we can swap out.

The SCORE just reported that the Bears have extended Eddie Goldman...4 years, $42mil, $25mil guaranteed.

Amos next?

Mahomes really showed some natural ability last night against the blitz. he had some A12 type tendencies when he rolled out.

Obviously, I’m happy that the Bears are getting some national love, but I’m going to stay conservative in my expectations for at least until the halfway point.

Trubisky had a great game, but is still a work-in-progress. The defense has been great and figure to remain so IF THEY STAY HEALTHY.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m fired up, but it’s very early and there are lots of questions yet to be answered.

Is it better for the Bears to have NE and LAR as homes games or away? If we lose those games its hurts our home game record in the event of a tie.

Bears need to avoid OT rest of the season.

Just did a rotation that gave me a good understanding of the bears defense. Having lbs that can rush and cover seem invaluable.

(Measured in minutes.)

De-Hicks-45 Mack-10 Lynch-5
Dt-Goldman-50 Hicks-10
De-Nichols-50 Mack-10

Olb-Mack -35 Lynch-25 Irving-5
Mlb-Danny -55 Kwiatowski-5
Mlb-Roquan-55 Kwia-5
Olb-floyd-50 Lynch-10

Cb-Kyle-55 McManis-5
Cb-Prince-50 Mcmanis-10
Fs-Amos-50 Bush-10
Ss-Eddie Jackson-50 Bush-10
