Not sure we're playing here ^^^

Here instead ^^^

Time: 7:30 PM Central
TV: ESPN (Mike Tirico, Ron Jaworski, and Jon Gruden)
Radio: WBBM AM 780 (Jeff Joniak and Tom Thayer)

With a Patriots win over the Packers, all we need is a win to clinch. What better way of doing it in a 2nd string stadium against a 3rd string quarterback?

This guy is probably starting for the Vikings:

That's Joe Webb by the way. I know, who?

Ha, Tavaris Jackson has turf toe and might not play. If Favre get can't they may sign Patrick Ramsey off the street and start him, according to wiretap. Bears should clinch the division on Monday night.

I'm betting they can't get TCF ready. The artificial turf is frozen. They haven't gotten the snow off and its supposed to snow for 2 more days at least. That field has to be a solid brick. It won't thaw even with heaters by the time they need to make a decision. Add to that they don't have the technical equipment needed for an NFL game/MNF and I'm guessing we are headed to Detroit or St. Louis for this one.

Neutral Field baby!

I was thinking the exact same thing Emperor. I am really hoping for a neutral field, but either way, we should win this game with their uncertainty at the QB position.

Neutral field means we'll probably have the advantage in terms of fans. Let's play it at Miller Park ala Cubs/Astros in 2008.

The colts have offered the RCA dome. I'm wondering why they don't just play in detroit like last week.

I suppose they're still negotiating certain things as well as waiting to see if Minnesota's field will be ready.

There is no Sunday games scheduled there. I read last week they picked Ford field because Fox was already set up there from the Sunday game which made it easier. For that reason they are looking at Atlanta because there is a Monday night game there the following week and they won't have to set MNF up twice (saving money lol)

May need to make this the game thread, I'm in Boise for the Humanitarian Bowl and won't be back until Sunday night.

There's three domes in decent range of Minneapolis (Detroit, Indy, St. Louis). If UM isn't ready, there should be no problem moving it to one of those. Hell, see if Lambeau's willing.

I'd go to Indianapolis if they play there. I'd probably go to Detroit and St. Louis too. But looks like we're officially playing there.

John Clayton is saying there's a 50/50 chance the game could be moved to Indianapolis. Please make it happen NFL.

Many people from both teams were concerned about TCF's field being frozen solid since there's no heating coils underneath it.

those tweets from the minny punter are pretty disconcerting. Please let this be an easy injury free win. It seriously feels like a lifetime ago we were in the superbowl, i'm so ready to feel that playoff intensity again.

THINGS ARE GETTING INTERESTING.
Maybe Jay Cutler was right.

The Bears quarterback last week scoffed at the idea that anyone other than Brett Favre would be quarterbacking the Minnesota Vikings Monday night and now Favre has been upgraded from "out" to "questionable."
Favre will throw in TCF Bank Stadium two hours before game time and a decision made on his availability. The team said in a statement that Favre could not throw two days ago because of pain and declared himself out, but that he woke up Monday and felt better over the last 24 hours.

The chance to make a final Monday Night Football appearance may be too much for Favre to pass up. The fun scenario would be for an run onto the field a'la Willis Reed and the New York Knicks playoff classic.

And is there anybody who realistically doesn't think that something along that line is how this'll play out?
