I remember when most of us were mad he wasn't with us last year. Good riddance.

Professional's need a coach, not a mentor.
I think Singletary would be great as a College coach. Those kids fresh out of High School will be spooked by him, and I think they'll respond well to that kind of style. But not over paid professionals who actually want to see some results before they have someone breathing down their throat.
