Ok guys. Before you want to crucify me...this isn't a ballboy, "OMG, Hester is doing good...lets trade him while his value is high!" thread. Please read.

Some fellow Bears fans were telling me that Hester is "untradeable". I disagreed. They asked me, "What? For who then?" A number of thoughts came to my head, but I decided to say Andre Johnson. Note that I'm not implying that the Bears should try to trade him. I'm just saying there are players I would trade him for.

So, for the sake of keeping this extremely simple. We are talking a simple swap. Salary isn't important... Houston will take the trade and we don't have to throw in anything else... Don't worry about injuries... any other possible issues are non-issues.

I'm asking this to save my sanity. Apparently I'm not a real Bears fan since I don't think Hester is untradeable. This is some of the stuff I have to deal with, and I quote... "I just think it is a lot easier to get a WR then it is to get a player like Hester".

So, Houston says, "Hey, would you give us Devin Hester for Andre Johnson?"

Do you accept the trade? One for one... No strings attached.

Please don't over think this. I've asked this before and got people saying if we tried to trade Hester we wouldn't get the right value for him blah, blah, blah...so the answer was no. PLEASE keep this simple. A response in addition to the vote is encouraged.

Andre Johnson without even thinking once about it.

I don't think that Hester's trade value is high enough to net a Andre Johnson type of player in return.

I'd do it and then dial 9-1-1 and tell the cops we just committed a crime.

Devin Hester is the greatest return man of all time. He's sparked HOF discussion. He changes the field of play every time he goes back to return a kick and I would deal 2 of him for Andre Johnson.

+ a gagillion. But you couldn't find a team dumb enough to do it, not even Houston.

FYI, they posted this at the chicagobears.com forums and about 57% of those people agreed with me. Yup, that means 43% wouldn't trade Hester. I'm stunned to be honest.

I thought the title was "can I get some opinions". I was only giving one, but if you are looking for yes or no, I would say yes.

I love Devin... but come on. AJ is unstoppable.
