Bears waive Brian Iwuh - No depth at LB now

Apparently had a season ending hamstring injury. Iwuh led the Bears in special teams tackles with 14. They need to sign another linebacker, because right now it does not look good if someone gets injured.

Wait - they waived him or put him on IR ?
If the waived him they would've had to come up with some kind of injury settlement.

Waived him and they had an injury settlement with him, per Zach Zaidman

That's too bad. Wonder why they didn't put him on IR and keep him around for next year?

Good call. I liked him when he was here.
BTW, we sure have gotten hit with some devastating injuries this season.

Pisa got his workout with the Bears a few weeks ago. No news, so he obviously hasn't healed up enough for them or anyone else I guess.
