Deciding to keep Walden strictly as an OLB because of his coverage ability. He will compete with Roach.
That makes WR and DE my two needs going into the draft.

Addressed WR, OL, and secondary with multiple game-changer talents. DE is the only position of need I was not able to do this with, but I added youth, athleticism and depth on the D-line. Added R. Marshall, Landry and Dennard to the secondary. Added B. Marshall and Randle to the receiving core. Gaither and DeCastro to the OL.

Ronnell Lewis and Cam Johnson fight Wootton for the starting job. Winn adds depth to a strong DT rotation.

Zebrie Sanders can beat out Webb as the swing tackle, providing depth in case Gaither or Carimi go down. He played well at LT and RT in college.

Lamar Miller is a great change of pace back to go with Forte. If Forte doesn't want to re-sign next year, Miller can become the starter.

Never a fan on Lindley but as a developmental QB I'm ok with it. Decastro is a stud and I like the Miller pick. If Landry pans out, this will be a huge offseason. I have my questions though.

Stacked offense from OL to WR. Great LaMar Miller pick. Lewis and Johnson will make a good LDE rotation opposite of Peppers. Good sleeper siging in Walden and Marshall. Good FA

Starting off I'd say that the fans are really happy that the offensive  line has finally been dealt with. By adding Jared Gaither at left tackle (solid stud), and David Decastro (presumably at LG) you've taken a suspect line that Mike Tice thought could work and was trying to convince fans might work and turned it into one of the strengths of the team moving forward. Doing the deal for Brandon Marshall and then drafting Reuben Randle solidifies the wide receiver position as well. So overall I think the additions to the offense are solid and take most questions off the table.

That said, the one question remaining on offense I see is the running back position should Matt forte hold out. Drafting Lemar Miller is solid and he is a solid great, but he's not ready to be a starter just yet so if Forte were to hold out,  that would leave you with Kahlil Bell and Miller as your one-two combination which would be suspect. So I think Forte has gained a lot of leverage in the off-season in his attempt to get a bigger deal.

You had a solid draft nabbing three starters right away and several players that look to be starters it or midseason but in the year or definitely in year two.

Despite the concerns at RB,  on offense, I give this an "A"  off-season.

On defense, the pick up of Landry was solid. Richard Marshall adds depth at cornerback, but I'm not sure he starter material for the Bears. However my biggest concern is at defensive end. We were week there last year, and by cutting it Donjay and not replacing him with a quality starter at the position it looks to me like Corey Whooten and is going to be getting a lot of time and that's not a good thing. If we can't generate pressure with the front four then the cornerbacks are going to get picked on all day.  while you added Alfonzo Dennard as a quality starter at the right cornerback position in the draft, I'm concerned overall that the defense is not going to be able to stop the likes of Rogers, Stafford etc. as the season goes on.

Still overall a very solid off-season the fans are definitely happy!
