Love this one the best...Mario was my priority but went in another direction because biggie claimed it first. Getting Randle and DeCastro in the draft instantly gives the offense credibility and Fleming can be a big time corner with the right corner. Ronnel Lewis is a tackling machine as well...damn good offseason IMO.

^^^^^^We could have shared Mario  . Both myself & gobullschi chose him.

I followed Heir's first two draft picks with identical picks, so everyone was bound to have a few identical signings/picks.

Loaded DL, Walden is a great sleeper pick up potentially. Randel and DeCastro and two great picks, good overall draft. Peppers and Williams will do work

Best DE combo in the league, but that secondary still makes me nervous. Nice upgrades to almost every position of need.

Wow. definitely the ESPN free agency winner. Bringing in Marshall & Mario makes you the hype winner hands down. On the field (at least on paper) Mario & peppers is truly scary. It will have to be to take the pressure off your secondary. Starting rookie Fleming opposite Tillman before he's ready to go as a starter will make him an instant target for every QB we face.

That said, my guess is teams will be max protecting to keep their QB's safe. It reminds me of the 85-86' Bears. "LA" Mike Richardson was not a very good CB, but opposing QB's didn't have enough time to pick on him. Overall, I'd take a short term weakness at CB to generate the pressure that will come from that D-Line.

On offense you did a solid job filling a void at WR and definitely upgraded the O-Line "if" Williams proves to be a descent LT (but those arms are so short! lol)

Solid offseason. The press and the fans are definitely happy.

^^^^^^^Thank you so much for your analysis & approval  (tears of joy).

I will try to find time this weekend to do the same for every poster's off-season.

EDIT: With my remaining $1.165 Million, I sign the following players to complete my off-season:

Jonathan Wilhite (CB)---$700,000
DaJohn Harris (DT)---$390,000

$700,000 + 390,000 = $1.09 Million

$1.165 Million - $1.09 Million = $75K

Return to Chicago Bears
