Noodle on this one.....

The Bears are 61-12 when they score 18 or more points under head coach Lovie Smith.

That's a hell of a record. I've had my issues with him in the past but there is no denying that when we have had a healthy roster he has gotten us into the post season.

That's crazy. He does always have great defense and offense. I guess you give the man some offense and he wins. This is a good sign.

He's been given really, really bad talent on offense throughout the course of his Bears' tenure and still has amassed a record above .500. That's very impressive.

Lovie has his flaws but his positives far outweigh the negatives. He might be the best coach in the league at getting his players to play hard. Every player that's ever played for him has loved playing for the guy and would run through a wall for him. Just listen to Urlacher talk about him one time to get a good sense about that.

Yeah, I don't have a problem with Lovie like some people do. His best quality is that he is a great leader. His players love him and buy into his coaching.

So if Lovie had a slightly above average offense for his entire career he would be a HOF? Thats ridiculous. To bad he can't catch a break. First he had one of the best o-lines with inconsistent offense or very average offense and now he has the worst o-line with great offensive weapons
