What they're saying in St. Louis:

CHICAGO • So what to make of these 2012 Rams? Two games into the season and they're already developing a rep — or is it rap — around the league. Tough, aggressive, physical. Or is it dirty, unprofessional, chippy?

Call it what you want, but you can sense the confidence building on the practice field and in the locker room at Rams Park.........

Time for a big rebound game. Detroit (@Ten) & Green Bay(@SEA) will be on the road. Its possible both could lose and we could take over 1st place. Forte being out is tough but we have solid depth at RB with Kahlil Bell back on the squad.

Defensively we are playing good Lovie D. The defense gave up 14 points in game 1 and 16 on the road to the Packers. We are 2nd in the league with 9 sacks and all have come from the front 4. Tim Jennings is off to a great start with 3 picks in the 1st 2 games.

I see a Bears bounce back win here, but the Rams will play us tough.

I think Jackson got hurt against the redskins so he might be out. I have no choice but to watch the rams every week and I'd be very surprised if they score more than 10 points on offense

I'm going to this game. The Bears should win and it should be a good time.

Good news is, changes are being made to the offensive line. Spencer out, Rachal in.

Webb will have a big challenge going up against Quinn and Long. If he doesn't perform I think Williams will have a shot to get the start for the week 4 Monday night start against the Cowboys. Our bye week is week 6. So by week 7 I think everything will be set and the offense will start rolling, if they don't start dominating before then.

I see the Bears winning, but not by a blowout. It will be a close game with the Offense focusing more on the running game this week.

I agree with Heir that this will be Webb's final chance to prove that he deserves to be in the starting line-up. The coaching staff can not continue to trot him out there while their franchise QB is being pummeled by opposing D-Lineman & trashed by the media because his patience has run out.

Although Cutler's leadership of the Offense has been questioned, I feel Urlacher should have shown more leadership on the Defensive side of the ball by shutting DJ Moore's mouth.

Not sure if you can blame Lach on a teammate going rouge to the papers. It's not like he follows each teammate around.

The media just needs something to write about till the next game so they will move on once that comes around. After all they have deadlines to meet.

All in all I feel confident in this team. I mean with a less talented team we were 7-2 last year and Cutler was playing solid. Now we have the talent to go with it and IF we can get the correct play calling and game planning the Bears will be fine

The team just needs to move on from this and look at it as adversity making a team stronger.

Again, another game where things should be easy for the Bears but probably won't be. Rams secondary has done a standup job so far this season so this won't be a walk in the park offensively. I still think the Bears man up and get Michael Bush going.

We'll be discussing the SB again after this win. :D

The Rams pass rush and secondary are really good. Our offensive production basically hinges on the o-line. If they do their job then it will definitely be a nice win.

Agree completely, don't look past the Rams. So is Forte definitely not suiting up? I'm easily confused by the NFL statuses and rules and such. Also very glad they signed Michael Bush!

Well if the media comes to play, the Bears should be ok.

Is it really good news that we're swapping a **** Offensive Lineman for another one?

if it is any consolation, the Bears have lately often made changes on the fly during the season(s) that have worked better than the line they originally wanted. Yes, it would be nice if they would intelligently make the right moves 1st out of the box. Spencer was clearly out of position. Rachal at least feels comfortable at left guard, alhough it must be unsettling for any player's game working next to Webb, who should either be the 2nd or 3rd RT or just cut.

That is what bugs me about the move of Spencer to LG. He had a decent season at RG which was already a big change for him moving from Center. Chris Williams had a good season at LG last year before the wrist injury. So instead of bringing in a backup swing tackle, we bench the better LG to give Spencer a shot. Through out the entire preseason, Spencer played poorly-adequate IMO. This move should have been made in the preseason.

Any word on S-Jax yet?

I think the Bears D will really attack Bradford. This should be an easy win.

He's a game time decision I believe.
