The Lions looked terrible coming off their bye week for 3 quarters. I like the Bears to have a solid victory off their bye.

Stafford looked pretty impressive with 311 passing yards though. Leshoure wasn't horrible either.

Last year, the Bears offense looked a lot better after the bye-week, and before Cutler and Forte got hurt. This year we've had a new offensive coordinator, a new QB coach, a new offensive line coach, and a new set of receivers. I've very hopeful that our offense improved a lot this bye week, and our offense should get a good test going against the Lions front 4. I know that the Lions defense isn't the best, but neither was the Packers. We have the defense and special teams to be the best team in the league, it all depends on how much our offense can improve.

Easy is a bit of an exaggeration. If they play like they did in the 4th quarter against the Eagles, it'll be a very close game.

Our special teams is better than theirs.
Ours defense is better than theirs.
And yes, our offense is better than this.

Division games are usually tough. Hopefully we don't play around and think that Tillman or Jennings can cover Johnson without serious help. But, at home, with over 2 weeks to prepare on a Monday night where Jay's got a nice record going: we'll take this. Whether we win by 1 or 100, it doesn't matter, just win.

Tillman locked Johnson down in last year's second game

Hopefully, we give Megatron the Randy Moss treatment.

Most quarterbacks that throw the ball 45 times in a game will go for over 300.

Basically, these guys shouldnt be able to block the Bears.
Secondly, they shouldnt be able to cover them as well.

Imo, if the Bears protection holds up (as it has improved) the Bears should be ok in this one.

The last time the Bears played the Lions at soldierfield, the Bears dominated.< understatement.
This Lions team is as undisciplined as there is in the league.

So we are either going to get killed (first debate) or win by a field goal (second debate).
