Jay Cutler came up clutch. Got to give him credit. I'll take the win but this team really needs to improve.

I agree that it's an ugly win, but we aren't the only team to get a scare at home against a bottom team.

Green Bay had a close win (final score doesn't completely reflect it) against the Jaguars while at Lambeau Stadium. One of the Packers TDs came off a blocked punt. The Jaguars were without MJD today & we beat them with MJD 41-3.

We should take offensive linemen with all of our draft picks, puruse offensive linemen with all of our free agent money, and look for trades for offensive linemen.

IMHO Tim Jennings has been our best player this year.

Gould is too good to miss 2 FGs, and Cutler looked okay. He wasn't given much protection and his wide recievers dropped a bunch of balls.

I don't know what to make of this team. Our defense is good enough where we can beat anyone, but we just beat a 1-5 team by 1 when they gave us great field position all day, including a 6 yard punt. The o-line needs to improve.

This game reminded me about the game vs Arizona on Monday Night Football in 2006.

Not many positives to take from this game. But a win is a win, and good teams find a way to win.

I agree...two scoring drives in the 4th is hopefully a positive sign. But the offense really needs to build some confidence before we play the texans and niners.

That was not an offense that is talented enough to win a playoffs game. Certainly not 2 playoffs games let alone 3. And it starts with a talent deficit up front. How this changes I don't know. Don't think it will. A rookie receiver wont fix that. I will watch the season and the playoffs unfold with skepticism. They can put together all the regular season wins they want. That line is severely limited. And limits playcalling.

Cutler is so inconsistent that he may be able to lead a Super Bowl caliber offense some days, and other days, he conducts the offense like a bottomfeeder team.

i wouldn't say cutler is the reason why he has been so inconsistent... the guy gets hit the most out of any QB in the league, it will affect him mentally which is obvious, but i think he has played very well since he has been a Bear with what he has been given.

He came up clutch in the last 230min of the game as well as the defense coming up huge with a pick 6. Also, does anyone have a video of Tim Jennings returning that pick 6 and celebrating with one of his teammates "jumping up back to back", the one teammate faceplanted and it was pretty funny

great ugly win though
