Really mad at this team right now, Absolute disgraceful performance against a super bowl quality team. 0-2 against playoff teams. Hopefully that turns around next week.

Yes we are.
This game showed me that Houston is not what the media has pumped them up to be. I know some will say the same about us, but we lost 13-7 after a first half from hell & our starting QB being sidelined with a concussion for the entire second half.
Our O-Line did not get destroyed like I thought, but our skill players were the ones to let us down today with DUMB & careless play (Hester & Davis), along with our offensive coordinator that draws up passing plays that have 2 or 3 of our receivers running routes in the same vicinity.
Our defense bent but didn't break.

Defense plays great, o line plays great, special teams plays ok.
Ofense plays horrible.
Cheap shots win games.

Hopefully Cutty is fine.
This defense is excellent. The rain hurt us and things didn't bounce our way (the Cutler penalty, the Jennings touchdown, the fumbles). I look at tonight and don't feel any worse about our chances in the playoffs than what I felt yesterday. This is the stoutest defense in the NFL and that will go far.

Thank you! Everybody going nuts about this game..We are better went in thinking that...thought it during the whole game...still think it now. If we make it to the end game and we end up playing Houston we are winning.

Defense played their ass off, Urlacher missed many easy tackles though.
Anyone wish we had Ron Rivera back? He was the best defensive coordinator we had in a while, his superbowl defense was historic.
Offense sucked - Tice, you blow and Davis gtf out of Chicago, boo. Hester being a diva, dancing, don't want him back, he's done.
Refs sucked - A lot of questionable calls against Chicago and didn't call anything against Texans.
**** the Texans, Bears better get to the superbowl and whoop these dirty cocky sons of bitches. Texans overrated - they barely beat us where everything that could go wrong for us, did go wrong for us.
On to the next one boys,

No, we have the best D in the League, that statement makes no sense to me. This really should have been an easy win, Offense crapped the bed.

Don't forget Robbie Gould, and Jay Cutler before he got injured, he threw two interceptions.

Joe Safety's tips for winning in the NFL:
1) Win the turnover battle.
2) Even better, knock out the opposing QB with an illegal, dirty, hit. Bonus points if, like tonight, it never gets marked off as a penalty.
Side question, when Cutler got hurt, and most of us watching were probably saying, hey that's a good candidate for a concussion, why did he stay in the game? NFL is supposed to be monitoring that. Bears goofed.
Good game though overall, but tough games coming up and may be without Cutler.

Lovie side stepped that point in the press conference, he said nobody knows when it happened.

Personal fouls should not be negated by other penalties.

Sigh. There's just certain constants in this world; you can't really ask "why?" about them, they just are. And when it comes to sports, and specifically Chicago sports, you have:
1. The Cubs will never win the world series
and right behind it:
2. The Bears will never have a top offense
It just doesn't matter who they bring in. No matter what, the Bears offense simply will not be good. It's a universal constant, and I'm at the point where I'm now coming to accept it. You just have to hope the Bears' defense is so good it wins the games more or less by itself. At least over the long term. The occasional game, the offense might have a good day. But it'll never just be flat-out good. It's not allowed.

My question is this: why is it that an egregious helmet-to-helmet headshot gets zeroed out by a pass beyond the line of scrimmage? What the hell is that?
Side question, when Cutler got hurt, and most of us watching were probably saying, hey that's a good candidate for a concussion, why did he stay in the game? NFL is supposed to be monitoring that. Bears goofed.
Pretty terrible. Everyone was thinking it. I don't see how they could have missed that this day and age. You could say "yeah, they probably thought it was likely, but they wanted to win, and looked the other way at first." But that just makes them look stupid. If they knew it at half-time, they should have known it immediately, especially seeing as how they had extra time with the review and whatnot.
