Can't stand the Irish. And even if I didn't hate them I would still pick Alabama to win. This won't even be close IMO.

Well I'll put it this way, ND isnt number 1 for no reason.

You're right. I just think Saban and Bama are on a different level. But maybe I'm underrating the Irish.

The media wanted the Irish in the title game for years they should not be on the field with the Tides.

The downfall of the BCS system. Notre Dame, as much as I like them, had no business being in this game. It should have been Oregon vs. Alabama,

There no guarantee either one of those teams would have made it out of a tournament.

Now that the dust has settled, is Eiffert a player worth drafting for the Bears?

yes, but I'd rather us sign Jared Cook or Dustin Keller and draft someone else with our 1st pick

If he makes it to the second round pick maybe, but I'd rather sign any of the top 4 or 5 free agent tight ends and not bother with drafting one. I wouldn't use a first round pick on him in any case.

I'd use a first on either Eifert or Zertz (TE Stanford).

Considering all the solid FA TEs, I would disagree. We need to spend our 1st on a position where there may not be many available in free agency.
