Can Teo play OLB in the NFL?

If so it would increase his value to pick him 19th? He possibly would be available.

I don't thinks so too small and too slow for NFL RB's.

Nope,Teo is a MLB, and in all honesty he will be lucky to get out of the first round. The first ILB taken should be Ogletree, and hopefully he is there when the Bears pick.

He can definitely be a 2-down OLB until Urlacher retires (if we re-sign him)

If you can pick him up in the second round, thats fine, but Ogletree would be a much better pick for the bears now and into the future.
