Sounds like he was being a drunk idiot and was running his mouth. Not really that big of deal though when you read what happened some very memorable quotes though. He probably won't even be suspended, even with his prior history.

A positive from this is that he was actually down there to work out with Marshall, Jeffery, and the Black Unicorn. But I'm a glass half full kinda guy.

I thought there was no violence or alcohol involved? Does that mean he just told the cop to go away???
