Bears trade for TE Dante Rosario

The Chicago Bears completed their trade for tight end Dante Rosario on Monday afternoon, placing Kyle Adams on waivers to make room.

Good athlete, good special teams guy, decent receiving TE who can get up field, but a poor blocker.
Solid back-up for Bennett and interesting guy to bring in for 2 TE sets were you are looking for a mismatch in the passing game (something NE and NO have done a LOT).
I like it.

I like it.
2nd TEs get a lot of opportunity in the Redzone. Many times because of the run game but are also practical targets in the passing game.
Its interesting Rosario is known as a 'move' TE. Meaning he is known for getting up from his stance presnap. Da Bears might have decided they didnt have 'enough' receiving behind MBennet. The move makes sense while Onobun is in the wings. (PS)
