Quite perplexing.... in other news, the 49ers put the smackdown on the Rams.

What do you guys think about Freeman getting benched? I think he'd be a nice option as a backup signing. Much better player than Sánchez.

Yeah I would take a chance on him.

But I would imagine he would have a starting spot with teams like the Vikings and Jags.

Freeman isn't going to be signed as a backup at first

Meaning he would have to be cut and i think the bucs will look to try and trade him to a team, like patrick said, that may be looking for a starter.
Lets say in terms of compensation , id say the Bears could offer a 4th rounder or lower.
Anyways i started with the lions cuz they are a team around the league.

I dont think anyone will trade for him to be a starter because there are several true starters coming out in this years draft. He will get cut unless someone desoerate and stupid trades for him before this years deadline.

Yeah i think its reasonable he may be cut just not before the end of the season.

Texans and Niners are 2-2. The Ravens lost to the Bills, the Bengals lost to the Browns, the Giants look god awful this year.

We\re not in terrible shape.

They say Broncos vs Eagles is Americas game of the week but it sounds like a cruel joke because it seems like this would be a massacre in the bronc's favor.

Lions playing @ Cleveland, Packers playing @ Baltimore, both tough games for them. Hopefully one or both of them lose so we can strengthen our hold on first place.

Yes it would be nice if they both lose. If the lions win we are back in second place. dammit!

Apparently Todd Haley is a huge d-bag in real life too, not just on the field. Doesn't pay his dog walker and trashes rental homes.
