I think Trestman's offense is a better fit to Josh than Lovie's. I'm confident in him. He has 15 days to work before Packers game.
Hope the rest of the team helps Josh

Should we look at Jeff Garcia? He's 43 but still wants to play. He's always been an above average but his age is a concern. There's still a chance he's better than McCown thoguh. It wouldn't hurt to try him out especially during the bye week

Man this is almost like ir and his thumb injury.
4 weeks is the soonest he can come back prolly in an emergnecy and wouldnt even be 100%%.
Man this keep getting worse. The D lost one of their best players even tho he is one-dimensional (the run) and we lose the most important player on the offense for the same time frame.
Really if this year heads in the direction it looks like it heading, another clean house in order. Why would this year be any different than last.
Tucker gone.
Whoever wanted tucker, gone.
Honeslty if lovie took it up the a for the offense than why shouldnt this regime get it for the defense? Each had one side of the ball losing games for the other. Except in lovies case he didnt have a 10-6 team to start off.
Angelo got lambasted for putting together non-functioning units so the same accountability should be held here.
We all know about injuries. But injuries coupled with poor production is the tell tale sign for a poorly built unit.
All those involved has shown a certain level of incompetence. The defending of this defense from week 1 was the height of denial and looking the other way. From week 1 u knew a run of the mill defense was the ceiling albeit arbitrary high turnover numbers that dont mean jack when ur poor in yds allowed and run of the mill in points allowed.
