he is one of seattle's defensive coaches. pete carroll and the players are raving about him. seattle is a 4-3 base but they run a 3-4 hybrid. so converting the bears 4-3 defense to a 3-4 hybrid shouldnt be a problem and plus they already have the perfect hybrid DE in shea.
