This should be a huge confidence booster game for the defense. Rice averages less than three YPC I believe. Flacco is completing around 50% of his passes I think and he throws a bunch of INTs. If our defense can't play well against this team then there's no hope.

Outside of the Denver game the Ravens D has played well so offensive production might be a problem. WE should be able to get Forte and Marshall going well enough to make this game look easier than the score board might show.

Defense will have at least two takeaways and the offense will play efficiently. Should be an easy win.

I'm just looking for improvement out of the young players this game. Show me we have something to build on. Yes, we can win... but I want just as much to see the future in these games as I do the present. Bostic, Greene, Frey, Long, Mills, Wilson... one of you please impress me.

The Bears are 2 games out of the wildcard spot. There is more to play for than just development.

I want to see the young players on this defense show that they can make plays. Frey has been solid but needs to create some turnovers. Greene and Bostic need to fill their gaps and finish tackles. Long and Mills need to be road-graders for Forte. McClellin and Wootton need to show that they can be the guys on the outside.

If they can all do that, then we will win handily and there will be hope for the playoffs. If not, then not.

Glad u mentioned the rookies on the offensive line. Long i think has playing up to snuff but mills has been struggling after all the early season praise. The offensive line is a big reason why we lost to the lionesses. Not only our qb got hurt before last weak so protection isnt there. They are also whiffing on open field blocks like on tosses or screens that have nullified potential big gains for forte who had a bad game last week. Forte has only really had two or three wreally good games the rest have been average like levon bell numbers.

This offseason we will need more help on the offensive line. The lions were doing the overload blitz to mills side, the bears have to come equipt with their blitz beater routes. Which are short to intermediate routes with quick breaks.

If we get a new starting OLman in the offseason it'll be to replace Garza or Slauson. Bushrod, Long and Mills are all locks to start next year and I fully expect Slauson to get a two or there year contract and Garza to get a one or two year contract.

Not sure if Mills should be considered a lock. He seemed to struggle last week and is only a 5th round pick which is easily replaceable.

You're telling me a tackle struggled against an overload blitz versus a top defensive front? Shocking development.

The Bears allowed two sacks last week if I'm not mistaken. Mills has played well all year. One bad game doesn't warrant replacing him when we have several needs. Lets see how he plays against Suggs and the Ravens.

Guess ill give the benefit of the doubt on that one. Jay did initally hurt his Groin rolling out to mills side so thats something but in any circumstance we dont have to cement a 5th rounder as starter next year.

Lions and Cardinals are both losing. Lions obviously in the division lead and the Cards are ahead of us in the Wild Card race

As soon as the game came on in my area, the game was stopped. Perfect timing.

They cant commit to running if their only getting one or two yards per pop.

2 yards per carry sets up 3rd and 6 and opens up your entire playbook on 3rd down

I love McCown but its ridiculous to try and win every game with his arm .

1st carry 15 yards and then somehow Forte gets only 2 more carries the next few possessions that really cant be considered even trying
