It was a great win on Sunday but the Bears gotta keep winning to stay in it.
Fun fact Chris Williams is starting at LG for Jeff Fishers Rams.
http://www.stlouisrams.com/team/depth-chart.htmlRemember this name from the draft? Alec Oggletree is starting at LOLB for a defense/special unit ranked top 4 in fantasy. Another name u may recognize on their defense is Cortland Finnegan.

You know what guys, im thinking we are set at the skills positions.
Next offseason or in the draft freakin load up the oline again to really take this offense to the next level.

Next year is the year of the defense. Among the 11 opening day starters we have seven guys in the final years of their contracts, one guy who's salary is close to the GDP of a third world nation and will likely be cut for capspace, another guy who is Chris Conte and may therefore need to be updgraded, and Lance Briggs. Of course, on offense we still need a center and a longterm answer at qb (if it is Cutler, we likely still need to groom a backup for the longterm)... loading up on the OL may be tough to pull off.

So among that list my early candidates for anew contract would be-
Jay
melton
tillman
Jennings
Gould
Wooten
Anderson
on the cusp:
Wright
Hester
The rest of the guys are like vet minimum signings if u like them better than what available then fine but no need to invest in them.

We are so far under the cap its ridiculous. And Other than Jay & Slauson, the offense (the strength of th eteam) is locked up. Absolutely great year to rebuild the defense with draft picks and a couple key free agents. One DL, one DE, one CB and possibly a safety.

Don't forget Garza. He's expiring too. Should be an interesting offseaso.
One if the best pass blocking o-lines is facing one of the best pass rushing d-lines in the league so should be fun to watch. It's crazy to see five guys who have never played together, including two rookies, play better than any o-libe we've had since our last super bowl appearance.

Cool stats, wow trestman really did fix the offense.
The bears are top 4 in league wide scoring and top nine in total yards.

What happened to uncatchable pass? That was 2 yards out of bounds. Also, Conte is awful...

Good drive. Moved the ball pretty easily. Defense just needs to play better.
