I've read that Penn state doesn't have much help for him (Hackenberg) including a terrible offensive line.
The positives seem to be size, strong arm and pocket presence.
Even when Hackenberg had Allen Robinson his numbers weren't stunningly good. Nick Foles had ZERO talent on his team, played against good competition, and still put up some of the better numbers in college football. It doesn't matter who is on your team. If yours a QB in college and you can't produce, you most likely will not be able to produce in the NFL.
