Hackenberg: 56% (YUCK) 12TDs and 15INTs with only 2677 yards. He's garbage. He's just big.

I've read that Penn state doesn't have much help for him (Hackenberg) including a terrible offensive line.

The positives seem to be size, strong arm and pocket presence.

Even when Hackenberg had Allen Robinson his numbers weren't stunningly good. Nick Foles had ZERO talent on his team, played against good competition, and still put up some of the better numbers in college football. It doesn't matter who is on your team. If yours a QB in college and you can't produce, you most likely will not be able to produce in the NFL.

I'm really on the Joey Bosa train. He could be a great 3-4 DE and a piece that the Bears can build around to bring their defense back to elite status. Bears may very well have a high enough pick now with Cutler out.

Then move up back into the lower first round and draft Connor Cook?

Robert Nkemdiche: I believe he was the number one recruit coming out of HS a couple years back.

I somehow haven't heard about Nkemdiche, but he looks great on the highlight tape. I think Wright will end up going somewhere from 12-20.

I think drafting Bosa and Oakman would completely transform our defense. They're both great against the pass and run. They can both play 3-4 DE or OLB and 4-3 DT or DE. TheIR versatility is crazy. And they're both extremely violent. The way McPhee is supposed to be. Oakman could go before we pick in the second round. But I'd we have Bosa on the board and then Oakman, then we definitely need to take them both.

I like Cash. Obviously he has great instincts, but his aggressiveness and block shedding ability is even more impressive.

No one a fan of Jared Goff? He's looking more and more like the consensus top QB this year.

Yeah, I was listening to Waddle and Silvy the other day and they were talking about him.

Apparently some scouts were comparing him to Aaron Rodgers.

The west Virginia QB? I haven't seen any of his game, only highlights so my opinion doesn't really matter, but I don't have very much confidence in any QB coming out of that system being able to adjust to the NFL successfully

Outside of the fact that they both played college football at Cal, I see no comparison between the two.

Goff looks more like Mike Glennon to me. They have similar pocket presence, athleticism and throwing motion. Glennon has the stronger arm, but Goff is the better decision maker.

Goff is good. I don't think he'll be a franchise QB. I think Kessler is similar to Rodgers. And I think Kessler will be the best quarterback out of this draft.

My top 2 QBS and their comparisons

Cody Kessler - Aaron Rodgers
Jacoby Brissett - Russell Wilson

Kessler always keeps his eyes downfield, can elude tackles surprisingly well, can make absolute laser passes but knows when to use touch.

Brissett is like a magician the way he eludes the defense, but he always protects the ball (more like Wilson than Romo especially in this regard) and scrambles to pass not to run.

As for everyone else...

Hogan and Goff look like they might be the younger brothers of Luck and Glennon (respectively). Cook, as I said before, reminds me of Kirk Cousins because he is consistent but unspectacular. Cardale Jones looks a lot like Cam Newton, but we even got to see Cam more than we've seen Jones yet, so it's much too early for that comparison. I haven't even watched Hackenberg, because his numbers are so bad, but based on what I've heard and read, he sounds similar to Hogan as far as style. Josh Dobbs looks a little like RGIII to me in the he scrambles to run more and doesn't keep his eyes downfield the way Rodgers, Russell, Kessler and Brissett do, even though his athleticism and arm strength are spectacular (like RGIII).
