Yeah, having Prescott sure would be nice.
Also, Jordan Howard again get a big gain. Why is this guy not getting more reps? This coaching staff needs to get it together.

Looks like we're shooting to giving Howard the starting role. Hoyer looks scared and massie is pure trash .

This defense hasn't improved at all from last year. They have actually gotten worse

That's not really fair since half of our starters are out. I think we have three rookies starting on d

Everybody is hurt and the offense was going 3 & out. What do you expect?
The team is SIGNIFICANTLY better with Howard in there vs Langford. Everything opens up as soon as Howard gets rolling.

Hoyer isn't horrible. Could be worse.

That pass he throw out of bounds would have been a td if he threw into the endzone

At least we don't have to watch Moses Moreno or Rick Mirer!

On a serious note I see a few guys starting to show signs of frustration. Gotta feel for Freeman. Dude deserves better.

We just have to accept this as part of the process. Last year Pace had to get rid of the old regimes coaches and this year he had to do it with the players. I think he purposely took a few step backwards talent wise by letting guys like Forte and Bennett go so he can build this team in his image. The positive thing is that most of his additions that are meant to have impact having impact

I think the thing likely holding back White as well right now might be Cutler not throwing him the ball enough.
Hopefully that changes, because White looked better than he has the first two games.

Right, and it will be hard to watch no doubt. However we were in a big hole after Angelo and Emery. We have the best DC in Fangio. Fox has been to the SB twice, we have to let this play out.

The injuries are a big reason why but the defense has competed in every game IMO. Freeman and Amos and to a lesser extent the rest of the secondary looked pretty good last night. Not a fan of the offensive game plan (too conservative IMO) but that probably had more to do with Hoyer than anything else.
Howard needs play every down IMO.....
