Almost 280 pounds and such a fluid athlete. He moves like a 235 pound guy. I'm excited to see how this works out. Looks like we got our big target receiver

Great move., and got extra picks Ialso like the way Pace drafts for upside , and projection, not just floor based production.

*Dont take that as an endorsement of Pace. But he is doing a great job in this draft

I think you have to look at a total draft class - and this has just given the Bears an excellent H-Back option/2nd TE. I'd hate to be the slot corner or safety who has to cover this guy.

I like him. Gives us a mismatch and safety outlet for Trub.

Just heard an interview with Jason La Canfora... he says Shaheen was only 6'4" 200lbs when he was a walk on converting to TE.

Freshman yr he was the teams No. 3 tight end. Caught 2 passes for 85 yards. First year ever playing TE.

Sophomore yr he was the starting tight end. Caught 70 passes for 803 yds and 10 TD' s.

Junior yr caught 57 passes for 867 and 16 TD' s.

That's ridiculous. I'm excited to see how he competes. I really like Braunecker too. They're very similar except Braunecker is shorter but faster. Good young tight ends on the roster.

Moving forward, a trio of Shaheen as your primary tight end, Sims as your blocking tight end, and Braunecker as your H-back type tight end - excellent combo.

Looks like a D3 player....

Kid has alot to learn but he will be a mismatch every game. He will be a stud in the red zone too.
