This is why I hated Pace and all that talk about sitting Mitch the whole year and how it's Glennon's team and he is the starter. BS. Let them compete for the position . Glennon has proven just about as much in the NFL as Trubisky has. I don't give a flying frick if he's a rookie. If he's our best QB, you freaking start him . Period. I might vomit if Sanchez ever starts a game for us. I'm already throwing up in my mouth thinking about Glennon starting opening day of reg season.

He's got a Cutler arm but he has a brain and better athleticism to go with it.

Wow... this is no fluke this guy just throws darts. No way should he be sitting behind anyone.

It is funny, but no denying the talent level here.

yes the accuracy and athleticism is on full display and this is why I was saying how he needs as many reps as he can get because the film work hes getting tonight is going to invaluable for him to learn from and he needs a lot more .

This is what happens when you have been dying for a franchise QB for like 50+ years.

If Pace hit with Trubisky, he may go down as a legend is Chicago

I'm going to on a limb and say that all the talk about it being Glennon's job no matter what, and Trubisky being the 3rd string QB were all just lip service.

Fox is coaching for his job this year. He'll play the best players, and the fact that Trubisky came in as the backup today shows that they are going to give him a shot.

With that said, it's just one preseason game against 2nd and 3rd string players. A lot of football left to be played. We'll see how it all plays out.

Money Mitch will be starting Game 1 of the season.

The kid can play and he won't turn it over as much as Glennon.

This is just like the Dak Prescott situation. Strong D and running game... perfect situation for a rookie QB. Fox will look like an idiot if he doesn't start him.

He sadly came in after Sanchez, who is emergency only at this point. Who knows how good this offensive coaching staff is; it should have been a competition from the start. This reminds a lot of the Russell Wilson situation.

Yeah we wasted a little money this year, but if he is better (certainly looks like it already), then he better play. He needs the experience and it accelerates us competing in future seasons. Glennon making lots of money, yet looking like a backup, is no reason to save him for next season. Will probably win 4 more games than we would've with Glennon, which hurts our draft pick, but we also won't have to worry about a QB for a long time.

I haven't seen this game, but I loved his tape before the Bears traded for him and loved the trade. It isnt a surprise that he can play, but I expected more development time. Just because. But screw that. Sure way for a coach to lose a team is to play an inferior QB when they all know the truth. Fox being on the hotseat, this shouldn't last too long even if they go to the Sanchez option first.

So Kevin White was MIA. Just realized it too. It's sad that he's pretty much an after thought considering he's a top 10, first round draft pick.

Injuries derail athletes careers all the time. Nothing can really be done about that. Floyd had a nice sack last night and obviously Trubisky flashed a good deal.

Really like the young talent Pace has infused into this franchise. Fox & co is doing a good job of developing them as well.

He won't be once Money Mitch is the starter. He will move the ball around to everyone. If White is open Money Mitch will get him the ball.

Money Mitch reminds me alot of Derek Carr.

If Fox starts him week one and we stay relatively healthy we will be playing for the wildcard... probably end up 8-8.

Shaheen and Cohen look good and will create mismatches.

Floyd looks like a blur. Kid could get 15 sacks this season. Pro Bowl talent.

We have so much more depth this season. Alot of the kids that played due to injuries are now 3rd stringer depth.

Pace has done a fantastic job. Looks like he got his QB in Money Mitch too.
