Should have won last week, I wouldn't be surprised to see us pull through with a victory.

Ziggy Ansah being out is a break for the Bears offense. Hoping that we show more aggression on offense in this game and don't lull ourselves into a state of predictability. Hoping we can figure out some new ways to get Cohen back into the game.

The rookies are starting to reward Pace as all 3 top rookies have looked very sharp today .

Barth needs to get the hell out of here.
Robbie Gould never should have left town.

WTF is Connor Barth STILL on this team??? The decision and ability to not replace him shows a failure by Fox and Pace.

Im rooting for a good draft pick this upcoming draft. Pace screwed up siging Barth but works in favor of getting good draft position.

Its on Pace its no coincidence that Barth was in a kicking competition in new Orleans AND LOST and the Bears immediately cut Gould and signed Barth without so much as a competition and basically said he was a upgrade.

They brought in Cairos Santos this past week & look like they are waiting on him to be cleared medically. They brought Aguayo in twice, and Andy Phillips from Utah before the season. It's not like they haven't been trying to replace him, nobody's been able to knock him off. I will say they failed & overlooked that kicker Kansas City got off of Carolina's practice squad Butker, he's been lights out.

I think one of my biggest problems with the Bears since Fox took over has been the special teams. Barth needs to go though. Let Cohen kick for all I care.
I don't think Fox is terrible and this team is really close, but if we can get Harbaugh and a top 5-7 draft pick, I'm beyond pumped. I don't even mind if we keep Loggians and we absolutely have to keep Fangio.

Revisionist history. Gould missed several critical field goals himself over his last 2 years with the Bears (Off the top of my head San Francisco, San Diego, Minnesota) except he wasn't a journeyman but the highest paid kicker in the NFL. Moneyball fail nothing to see here

And Gould is on his 3rd team now. Robbie isn't a franchise guy anymore.

Statistically he's been doing great. He was 10/10 in New York, but I think they were mostly chip shots. He's 19/21 with the 49ers, but that's in San Fran which is a heckuva lot more friendly to kickers than Chicago.

I don't miss Gould. It's Pace's job to get the best kicker available. If he thinks Barth is that guy, he needs a re-think. Tryouts tomorrow.

Barth was on the Broncos when Fox coached them. I don't think it's a coincidence that he's on the Bears right now.
And I'm pretty sure when Barth was signed there was another kicker on the team the coaching staff decided to.cut that has become a good kicker on another team.
