Dolphins granted Landry reps permission to seek and facilitate a trade.

If I'm Landry Bears are on my list.

Oh **** the Bears are one of two teams who have reached out to Landry's reps. Buckle up.

Oh god...I really hope Pace isn't trading any picks for Landry. Especially a 2nd rounder.

I still think it would be better money spent to look else where, especially considering the cost. Guys like Bryant, Watkins, Robinson.

Still though... he is Glennons alter ego. McCarron probably won't get a starting job. Let the smoke clear i think theres better even for a back up.

Wouldn't that mean gabbert is the goat? He actually had a pretty good season last season including playing the last game or two with a torn ACL. He'd be a good back up for cheap. Mcarron will get paid a lot of money to be a backup

There's a report that the Jets fear cousins will sign with the Vikings. If so, we need to break the bank on defense.

Yeah I heard last week the Vikes are letting Keenum and Bridgewater test free agency. Sounds like Min definitely has some other plan for QB.

I think its important to sign a high level ILB. with all these amazing QBs we need someone who can match the mentally. Bowman is the first that comes to mind but i think its unlikely he leave oakland. Second its demario davis. Preston Brown would be a great and young addition but he's probably gonna be the most expensive LB. After that we still have some high level LBs but some have question marks. After those guys we got Cushing, Derrick Johnson, Tahir Whitehead, and Zach Brown.

If cousins does go I think the ideal signings would be....
Tag Fuller
Sheldon Richardson
Damario Davis
and a top level cover corner. unfortunately, Johnson is reported to sign with oakland so there aren't any high level CBs available via FA so I think we should trade for Aqib Talib
Aaron Colvin

These would probably give us the best Corner back combo with Talib fuller Colvin and Callahan and probably the best secondary overall. Three elite pass rushing 3-4 d lineman. and a great LB corp that can be filled out with Edmunds via the draft. And we'd still plenty of money on WRs

No same person different personality. Nah bro...im not Pace obviously and no real idea of who they will pick at the position but i personally dont want to see Gabbert in a bears uni. Esp knowing he has had knee injuries.

I'm not sure. I think it's 50/50. I think its basically guaranteed that he'll tear his ACL again and teams might not over him the guaranteed money he wants so he'll sign a one year prove it deal.

Return to Chicago Bears
