I think we're probably done with major moves, I'm sure there will be more signings trickling in but those will mostly be depth and/or special teams players.

O Line, D Line, and LB are in definite need of upgrades/depth and will be addressed in the draft for certain.

Could also see us taking a CB, S, WR, RB in later rounds for depth. Amos will be a UFA next year, so if he puts together another really strong season he will be in line for a big payday.

I think you're right. Not saying we don't have money and a value signing of note could happen as FA stretches out, but i think we locked in the secondary and targets for Trubisky which were the main goals. I could see a Navarro Bowman or similar, but likely we wont do much more until post draft.

We need:
3rd rb
Another receiver, 2 if bellamy leaves
Possible upgrades at G/C and T
Starting DE
ILB
OLB
CB
S
7-10 players.

Guys who can fill those needs who are still available:
RB - tons of guys. Murray, Cunningham, blue, Michael, Charles, barner. Take your pick.
WR- Jordan Matthew and Brandon Coleman
OT - Cameron Fleming
G/C - nothing
DE - Suh, Hankins, Olsen Pierre
OLB - Koney Ealy
ILB - Navarro Bowman, or depth guy
CB - Delvin Breaux, darqueze denard, Gaines
S - rumored to want Burnett. He's still available. So are Kenny and vaccaro and Eric Reid, who have ties to Pace and Fangio.

If it were my decision I'd get WR Jordan Matthews, OT Cameron Fleming, DE Olsen Pierre, CB Delvin Breaux.

Try to grab OLB and ILB in rounds 1 and 2, and G/C in round 4. Unless Nelson is there at #8.

Try to get a RB and S later, but just take whoever is best player available and I'll be fine with filling those after the draft if necessary.

I disagree but it's not to far off. But why not have both?

Why not have both? Because whichever one doesnt start will be WR4.. Bad distribution of salary cap space. Unless one signs for cheap but I doubt that happens.

Why would you think Meredith was gonna start coming off that injury ?

Id sign Hurns if I could get him reasonably simply because I could start Hurns and Gabriel if somehow one or both of Robinson/Meredith were not 100% ready by the start of the season . it would make no sense to create an environment where 2 guys coming off major surgeries are gonna be counted on to be on the field for a majority of the snaps especially early on .

In Nagys offense the top 4 receivers will play plenty of snaps without issue .

Robinson,Hurns,Meredith all at 6'3 would be a unbelievable rotation to go with the power running game of Howard and then you have Gabriel ,Cohen and Burton to mix in for versatility .

Opponents will price him out of our range but he would be a huge pickup for us

Yes Hurns would be a great signing but his price will be too high. Already 10 teams showing interest

Edit:

DE
DB
OT
ILB
OG
RB depth

Impact positions "should be" the highest priority.

I would go DE, OL, OT.
Impact positions, and require a starter, or competition for a starting spot.

Then I'd go depth at WR, OL, and RB.

The bears are reportedly signing Marcus Cooper to a 1 year 2.5M deal

I wanted to comment on something. I dislike how Pace is placing these tenders on FAs that set the bears up to not receive compensation if the players leave. If you dont see a future with that player upfront let them walk and take the compensation pick. Thats how the Packers and others racked up assets to use on draft night. Those guys at the back end of the roster are replaceable.

I'm a little annoyed we didn't get a big named defensive guy. We have a bunch of solid guys but no elite play makers. With all this cap left over I'd think wed at least try to change that
