He's so good, he didn't even need to be drafted.

Chris Leak was the best QB in college last year, why wouldn't that translate to the NFL. START CHRIS LEAK!! He can't be worse than Kyle Orton.

I love the your love, but look at what you just said for a minute. Start Leak, he can't be worse than our 3rd string quarterback who didn't start?

Tell that to Colt Brennan or Jason White or Troy Smith or Chad Henne or JaMarcus Russell or Brady Quinn or *insert more QB's better than Chris Leak Here*

From the Sun Times today:

Chris Harris intercepted a pass from undrafted free agent Chris Leak of Florida and returned it for a touchdown, which led Mike Brown to begin the Florida State chant while Harris did tomahawk chops. Leak is a shockingly inaccurate passer and doesn't look much like a professional quarterback.

Tell that to all the people that haven't won a championship?? Colt Brennan is a product of the offense. Jason White could just thow the long ball well. Troy Smith showed his true colors in the Championship game. Henne is a loser. Russell got dominated by Leak and the Gators. Quinn is a product of the offense.

Leak on the other hand has been through several coaches and different offenses. And he is a very accurate passer, unlike that claim from the newspaper.

The Kyle Orton comment was made in reference to 2 years ago when he was the Bear's starter.

1) Henne only lost 1 game last year and that was against #1 Ohio State. Therefore he is not a loser.

2) #1 Pick>Undrafted. Which one is better?

I was listening to the score yesterday and they were saying how aweful he has looked in camp. Not like a professional athlete of any description.

Chris Leak will become the starter by the end of the season. He is a lot more dedicated to the game then Rex and was able to win a National Championship. I mean, what rookie ever looks good in the beginning.

In NBA summer league, Duncan got dominated by Greg Ostertag, look how he turned out.

And to the person that said the number one pick is better than undrafted, it really is just look. Look at guys like Mcnown, Akili Smith, Ryan Leaf. Then look at Tom Brady, Kurt Warner, Jake Delhomme. I watched almost every Leak game. He might not have the athletic abilities of Vick or even Favre, but neither does Brady.

How do you compare Tim Duncan to Chris Leak?
Tim Duncan was the #1 pick of the 1997 NBA Draft and Chris Leak didn't even get drafted.
