Just thought it was nice to have the Bears get some positive recognition. Our guys went to the SB and some people (espn geniuses :box: ) are still picking the Vikes as a darkhorse for the NFC North.

It is strange to see him getting the recognition without amazing stats. Usually, you need big numbers to get hyped, especially Chicago athletes for some reason. It always seems like Chicago athletes get more disrespect than they deserve. Or they just get underrated. Maybe its the homer in me. Just seems like it over my lifetime. Other than Jordan of course.

Hes got some personality, maybe thats it

How can the Vikings be a darkhorse in the NFC North? They have no offense. Their only good player is a rookie.

How is Sean Taylor ahead of Tommie when all they do is talk about Seans weaknesses in his post???

One of their experts picked them as a darkhorse on a show last week or the week or the week before. I stopped watching instantly and haven't gone back.

Yeah, I am really surprised that Sean Taylor was ahead of Harris. I would put Harris #2 personally.

Isn't Demarcus Ware under 25? He should deffinatly be on that list.

Taylor over Harris is preposterous for a number of reasons, first and foremost being that hes a freaking safety.

Anyway, Vikings still have a very talented defense, but that offense is going to struggle. Tavaris Jackson might have a hell of an arm but he has no one to throw to and, well, he is raw with little experience against top competition as he played at a small school.

Demarcus Ware just turn 26 last week, otherwise it would be a travesty if he wasn't on the list.

A "darkhorse" is a team not expected to win but could win.

The Bears are the definite favorites so that means either Minnesota, Green Bay or Detroit would be a darkhorse. Picking Minnesota among those 3 teams as the darkhorse isn't really unreasonable. Of course I pick Green Bay as the darkhorse :)

ESPN sucks now..... In a who's now competition I would put Comcast Sports Net ahead of espn

"ESPN Analysts" and "ESPN Geniuses" are oxymorons.

Wow, who the **** is Sean Taylor? I'm serious. I was under the impression the Redskin's D was atrocious.

Well I don't expect Northwestern to win the NFC North, so I'll make them my darkhorse before Greenbay. Minnesota or the Lions.

Sean Taylor is an amazing talent. Perhaps the most talent at the safety position. However, he is an absolute headcase, and this hurt him a lot last year.

Thanks for the D. Ware update. I didn't realize he was already 26.

Harris is going to be the best Defensive tackle in the league at one point in his career
