Coach seemed to think that a pinched nerve was the cause for it, which would explain why he didn't move that much once the injury hit, but then was moving around fine shortly after.

As long as it's not serious, I don't think we should worry. Devin just tried to chop block one of the wide recievers on a running play(which is illegal, I believe only the line is allowed to chop block or something like that) and put his helmet a little to low.
