funny, on the breakdown, he's not listed to be on the 53 man roster, that's got to be a mistake somehow.

Nah.
On chicagobears.com they have the roster. 53 players. 6 receivers, including Hester.

Meanwhile, Bears coaches say they haven't ruled injured tight end Greg Olsen out for their season-opener Sept. 9 against the San Diego Chargers. The first-round draft pick suffered a sprained left knee against Cleveland in the second quarter of the final preseason game Thursday.

"He's getting treatment daily," coach Lovie Smith said Saturday. "The smile is coming back on his face, so we're optimistic."

sounds like he'll be healthy sooner than later

I'm so angry I just realized this is not a prime time game. A 3:30 start! Why is this considering Chicago and San Diego are two of the most talent-filled teams in their respected conferences?

Because ESPN sees the Cardinals/49ers as a better game.

My navy Nathan Vasher jersey has been hanging in my closet since that day. It needs to be worn.

It doesn't feel like football is back with the Cubs in 1st place but I am ready.
I am still preparing for the worst on Sunday though. I am not that confident going into this game.

Bears 24
Chargers 21

It's never a must-win in Week 1, but this is a fantastic test for this team to start the season. Win or lose, I hope they play well against arguably the AFC favorites.

The majority of the nation will get our game at 3:30.

Besides, Cliff Levingston likes the Sunday afternoon games the most. Monday night football is the worst.

what a way to start the season.

2 v. active defenses. Bodies should be flying.

Can we run the ball? If not, game over man!
