Thomas Jones getting abused vs NE

And I'm loving every minute of it.

He's still trying to dance and to bounce it outside, but is way too slow & can't break a tackle.

6 rushes for 2 yards so far.

And to think that this scrub was the feature back for our offense the last 2 years makes me absolutely sick. Thank god he is gone!

Let's see what Benson does first. He was statistically worse than Jones the entire time they were both here and averaged 2.5 yards per carry in the preseason.

Jones is dead to me now (so to speak) so what he does with the Jets doesn't matter all that much. What does matter is that we now have only one decent running back who's going to need to prove himself this year.

To keep new threads from popping up and cluttering the boards and people discussing other games in the Bears game thread, I made this thread.

Put all discussion here.

Can't believe the New York Jets fans cheered for Pennington's leg injury. That was disgusting.

And he's playing fairly well. It's not his fault the Patriots are freaking amazing on offense.

Packers tied it up at 13.
Looks like the Eagles are very overrated.

Jones had a couple nice runs on that scoring drive. Hes still no big deal, and had those typical Jones runs where he is running through the line as if covered in stickum

and yes, the media is finding tons of other teams to predict as Superbowl teams, like Philly. Like the Bears took a step back or something to deserve this

Shannon Sharpe on CBS predicted the St. Louis Rams would make it to the Super Bowl.

Panthers 17
Rams 13

No one has predicted the Bears to make a return.

well, The Pack might have a pretty good defense looks like, with a questionable secondary.

Too bad the Vikings win. we don't want these North teams to get cocky

The Vikings beat a bad Falcons team which was an easy win for them. The Vikings do not concern me at all but the Packers do scare me. They are competing with a good Eagles team.

If the Cowboys lose tonight, that would make it straight loses across the board for the "Expert's" top of the NFC.

Makes me feel slighty better.
