Trade Deadline

Post#1 » by SLCceltic » Fri Oct 5, 2007 8:35 am

when is it
how do trades work in the NFL?

who is the most available rb------------a serious back that does damage??

if we could somehow swing a deal we would go back to contenders
it wont matter as much how the qb's play if we could get a top back

i dont know alot about other teams---------is there a potential salary dump out there from a team rebuilding??-------s. alexander would be nice

The trading deadline in football is a joke.

Players who are traded have the burden of learning a new system, plus timing and chemistry are also an issue.

If we make a trade before the deadline, its a move for next year.

I think the deadline is week 6 though I echo the thoughts of the posters above.

Perhaps Kyle Orton for Chris Harris? Someone on the msg board via Chicagosports.com mentioned it. I know many would say Rex, but I think Rex is better than Orton. Ok, back to work/sleep.
