Cleveland open to quarterback trade talk

In an announcement echoing all the way in Chicago, Browns coach Romeo Crennel said he will listen to trade offers for QB Derek Anderson.
The price will be steep, but teams as unsettled as the Bears are at QB at least have to consider it.
According to the Cleveland Plain-Dealer, the Browns plan to have Anderson around in 2008 to compete with Brady Quinn but would love to get back the first-round pick they dealt to get Quinn. So Anderson's available.
"I'll listen, but I don't have to do anything," Crennel said.
If the Browns give Anderson, fifth in the league with 29 TD passes, a high tender, it likely would cost teams a first- and third-round pick. Anderson has made 18 starts

Cliff Levingston would love to give up Briggs and something else for him, if that's possible. Briggs would be better than a high first rounder for a defense in need of play makers.
