I'm still waiting for the 5 favorite/most hated episodes of the George Lopez Show. You want to create that topic, emporer ?

I would but I haven't seen it. Is it worth while? I can do my 5 favorite episodes of the wire:
1. Season 1 (all)
2. Season 2 (all)
3. Season 3 (all)
4. Season 4 (all)
5. Season 5 (all)

Just a joke - haven't seen an episode and didn't even know it was still on the air, to tell you the truth. I've always heard good things about The Wire - I'll need to rent the DVDs and catch up. A good way to pass the time during the train ride into the city.
Didn't mean to hijack the thread, though.

You killed the thread Chewie! LOL! - Or maybe Lopez is that bad???
On topic, you bring up the best "worst" names: Alonzo Spellman and Vestee "Toast" Jackson
Spellman was one of those guys you just felt was going to bust out in each game and go on to be a star. I remember when he left I though - just watch him explode! Ha.

Alonzo had a body that was not to be believed but the bipolar thing was too much to overcome. One of those guys that looks good in shorts but that didn't make him a football player, y'know ?
Noticed Wilber Marshall on your list and he'd be high on mine if we hadn't lost him right in his prime (late prime?) years. Tough loss to the Redskins. I hear he's really ballooned up in his retirement years - very reclusive.

I would say if there was a candidate list for Bears on steroids - these two would be at the top of my list.

Mark Carrier screwed my girlfriend when I was at UCLA and he was at USC. That made the UCLA/USC rivalry that much more hated and heated for me. Imagine my shock when the Bears drafted him - it was a true test of my Bears loyalty. But with the first game and his interceptions I found myself saying....eh she didn't look that good anyway....

You were still together with your girlfriend at the time this happened ?

Yeah, I guess the better way to say it is my girlfriend cheated on me with Carrier. She had been living with me for a year. I soooooo wanted Carrier to get drafted by the Packers.
