Comp. Picks ?

Post#1 » by Pax for Prez » Mon Mar 9, 2009 5:22 am

What comp. picks do you expect the Bears to get this year ??

I know it has to do with money spent last off season and how much players that were lost signed for with their new teams.

Does anyone know what the formula is ??

Lost: WR B. Berrian, LB B. Ayanbadejo & TE J. Gilmore

Can we get a 3rd & a 7th ?? 4th & a 7th ??

I believe they will be awarded at the end of March.

Read this detailed projection from last season. Very detailed analysis. From this posters logic, It looks good that we will get at least a 3rd round pick.

Thanks

My head is still spinning from reading that.

So I'm guessing .... 3rd for Berrian
.....7th for Ayanbadejo (lead Balt. in special teams)
..... Gilmore backup TE for Tampa ??? maybe another 7th if we are lucky

Cliff Levingston loves the idea of an extra 3rd round pick. Angelo has a good reputation for finding some talent there.
