Dog Pound
Can anyone tell me which sections would be considered the dog pound ... I am coming from out of town to see the San Fran / Browns match up on Dec 30. While I am a neutral, 1 of the guys is a 49ers fan.. and our tickets are in one of the end zones ... I am trying to make sure we are not in the dog pound ... for my friends safety .. and on a side note .. what kind of treatment should he expect???

The reaction he gets depends on how he acts. Luckily for him he isnt a fan of a division rival, so he at least has that going for him. Aside from that if he sports niner gear and screams wildly while talking junk then he likely will be called every name in the book and receive a beer shower. If he just wears the gear and is repsectful then while he might get a few comments, he wont get harrassed to badly. If he dresses neutrally and barely cheers then he will be safe. Of course this also depends on the weather and how well/poorly both teams are doing at that time. The stadium is generally full of a bunch of drunk, ticked off men, who will support the Browns to their death. It can get real ugly for someone who doesnt respect where he's at. Hope that helps.
