What would it take for the Atlanta Falcons to acquire Kellen Winslow?

I really don't know if we're looking to trade him or not. He's a guy we want to keep. It just depends on whether or not Mangi figures him in as a guy who can fit in with him.

If we were, I'd imagine a late 1st or early 2nd. That's what we'd want but I imagine teams would only be willing to offer an mid-late 2nd/early-mid 3rd.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe he's signed until 2010. However, what is his salary?

What are the true numbers?

It's so hard to tell with the NFL not releasing salary numbers and if they do than it's base salary numbers which aren't good representations of what they're making.

I'm sure if you look up past articles you'll find that info.

i hope the browns aren't trying to move winslow. i think he is their best offensive and most under-used player.

Traded to Tampa Bay today for multiple draft picks. Such a bummer, my favorite player that was on the team. I'm not happy about it and for me it's Strike 1 against Mangini/Kokinis. It better be atleast a second rounder this year from TB and a conditional pick in 2010 based on performance. If not, I'll say it. Day 1 of free agency into this tenure and I hate them both already.

I don't know how you can be against Mangini because of this. Winslow was a huge distraction in the locker room and vocally said he didn't want to be here.
