The Bengals now have Dalton playing well, solid lines. Good receivers, run game. D is deep and tough. Set up to make playoffs.. but can be a top contender. :D

I think they have finally built something in Cincinnati. They have done a good job waiting out the growing pains with Dalton and ignoring any static relating to Marvin Lewis. Neither of those guys are the best in the league, but they are both decent enough. Not every team gets a Brady and Belichick. Yes, the Bengals could have fired Lewis on a few occasions, but for what? To be more like the Browns? They catch a lot of flack because of the playoff losses, but there are a lot of teams out there that would love to have the Bengals recent history and this year it finally looks like they are poised to move beyond the first round of the playoffs.

In THIS era... plays that would have made Burfict a superstar... get him penalized/suspended. He has to ADAPT to it.heThe Bengals can lose talent as FA. They ARE contenders but can slip a notch OR can rise a bit. This offseason will be important.
