Very nicely done by Parra. I like him a lot. Hard thrower, left handed lots of poise on the mound.

I don't think it's too early to say that Parra could be a real good one. A lefty that throws in the mid-to low nineties with a nice hook, good change and a great cutter? Very tough.

Brew city boy. How can you have a Cubs avatar, and support the cubs? That is blasphemous.

3-0 AZ going into the 9th. D'Backs pitchers have thrown 8 innings, and only given up 3 hits. (the bullpen 2 IP, 0 H, 2K)

Great win. Hopefully the Cubs don't rally back.

Ah I'm not sure then. I know Waukesha Memorial has FSN. I got to watch the Bucks tank in there.

Well good luck with your surgery, hope all goes well.

A friend of mine has been in and out of Froedert lately and unfortunately they did not have FSN in their very limited cable package.
They didn't have WMLW either though, but if you are still in the hospital on Saturday, WMLW is showing the double-header against the Cardinals.
I rigged up my friend's hospital room TV with rabbit ears running through a VCR so that he could watch one of the WMLW games while he was in there recently.

The VCR was necessary for tuning purposes, because the TVs there don't normally tune to channel 7, the way they are programmed.

Hey I was in Waukesha. I had no problem getting FSN. Hell I watched the Price is Right during one of my tests.

Sheets is scheduled to be out 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks fall right before the cubby series. I'm hoping he can make it back in about 5 and a half weeks and have one start before the Cub series.

I was at the game today, great atmosphere. I went with my mom's friend and his kid so we missed the 2 inning home runs. But we were walking on the walkways behind Miller Park and you could hear the crowd roar when they hit them. I still have to see where Braun's home run landed.
